Mosaic Events have managed an average of four LARIA Events Annually since 2008.

Requirements

To provide a cost effective membership secretariat service for management of 900 members of LARIA and to deliver a high standard of professional events to members.

Solution

Developed an online portal for managing membership and events along with a allocating a member of the Mosaic Team and telephone line to manage LARIA day to day delivering a professional support service.

Results

Mosaic Events transferred LARIA membership administration from manual processing to an on-line portal for members making renewals quicker, management of finances more efficient and improved cash flow. In addition all LARIA events are also managed on-line with full social media integration and each event has a bespoke website which also works with the membership portal and allows members to book without having to re-input their details.

The transition of the new process for LARIA and their members has been seamless and we have managed to achieve in six weeks what took us six months previously. This service has not only been cost effective and saved us time but also allowed our processes to be modernised to ensure our focus is now on growing the membership of LARIA and raising our profile within the Public Sector. We have worked with Mosaic Events for many years and find their approach professional and continually to a high standard.

Historical Association (HA)

  • Events Management
  • Income Generation

The HA began working with Mosaic Events in 2011 following a recommendation from another Association Client.

Requirements

To maximise the income generated for the Annual Historical Association (HA) Conferences.

Solution

Mosaic Events revisited the exhibition and sponsorship opportunities.

This included maximising venue floor space and creating a twelve month sponsorship partnership which provided benefits for both the HA and commercial sponsors.

Results

Secured two main sponsors for the Conference and increased revenue for the 2012 conference by 150%.

Working with Mosaic Events enabled us to identify opportunities and maximise income from our Annual Conference adding to its overall success. We found them to be realistic, proactive and professional in their approach. In addition to managing our income for next year’s conference, they have also found a great venue which will accommodate our complex requirements and we have also chosen to work with them for full event management.

Edge Services

  • Events Management

Edge Services began working with Mosaic Events in 2010 following a recommendation from a supplier they were working with.

Requirements

To assist with finding perfect venues for Manual Handling Training events around the UK. With a mixture of both two-day and four-day events, requirements are specific with each event requiring a ground floor meeting room, boardroom set up and offering enough space to allow for training with manual handling equipment.

Solution

Mosaic Events provide at least three venue options in each location. For all events we find the perfect match to Edge Services requirements and develop long term partnerships with venues on behalf of the client.

Results

This personal service allows the team at Edge Services to focus on getting delegates to attend and pull together event content. Mosaic Events always makes substantial savings of the overall costs for each event by negotiating the best rates.

Mosaic Events are extremely organised and have provided a high quality venue finding service to us for our training for the past 3 years. They always get great rates, minimum numbers and always respond when they say they will, this is a valuable service as it is free of charge to Edge Services as Mosaic events are paid commission by the venues they use.
