Sarah’s key focus is getting results for clients. This has led to an evolution of Mosaic to incorporate income generation and association membership management services, meaning Mosaic Events has become a full service event management offering with the goal of client success at its heart.
Sarah brings a distinct style to the events management business: unrivalled expertise delivered in a friendly, professional and always down-to-earth manner.
Sarah is also a founding Director of The White Label Collective, a company formed to provide clients direct access to some of the best practitioners in the live events industry. Working with Mosaic Events gives you access to this team of highly experienced and innovative experts to ensure your large scale productions and events are distinctive and memorable.
Sarah is also a Full Member of the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers.

April has previously worked for a large events and venue finding agency. April has a wealth of experience in administration, and a keen eye for detail to keep any event on track. She also has extensive skills from creative roles, such as visual merchandising and graphic design, which enables her to produce innovative and unique events.
Sarah Welsh previously worked as an Events Manager at York and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce (YNYCC) and has recently joined Mosaic Events, she has a great understanding of the background work needed to create a successful event Sarah has extensive administration experience and prior to organising events she managed membership for YNYCC.
Robyn is the newest member of our team and is currently undertaking a 12 month apprenticeship with Mosaic Events working towards her NVQ Level 2. With great attention to detail and fantastic enthusiasm she is really enjoying learning fast about the Events Sector, Robyn provides our team with excellent administrative support for our events and membership.
Katie is currently studying at the University of Newcastle and is doing a Business Management degree, she works with Mosaic Events during non-term time. A fantastic member of the team Katie undertakes special projects for Mosaic Events, she has done some great work for our membership management clients ensuring data is cleansed, accurate and updated.
Clare Holland has over 15 years’ experience of organising events and has worked for Mosaic Events for over 8 years. Her expertise is using her creative insight to develop beautiful events. Clare is responsible for our theming and décor and works with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life in a cost effective and well organised manner.
Liz is a seasoned lead generator with 20 years working within the media sales and support sector to the tightest deadlines. She is a true ‘people person’ who has earned herself the reputation of being a total professional, together with a warm and friendly attitude that inspires confidence.
