Mosaic events support managing 1,500+ members of BAAL and have done now for around six years. Our dedicated Membership Coordinator provides an efficient service alongside supporting the board and committees with quarterly meetings.

Mosaic Events transferred BAAL membership administration from manual processing to an on-line portal offering a more streamlined process for members to renew easier. Also allowing for a better client relationship management system, ensuring records are kept updated allowing for auditing and accountancy to be more transparent.

Monthly reports are generated for the board to review key statistics such as membership numbers, income and feedback from the community overall.
